Previous facilitation experience is valuable. Relevant professional experience, communication skills, and readiness to learn also inform the application review.
The time commitment depends on the experience you are preparing to deliver and the preparation required. The schedule, workload, and assessment requirements are provided before enrollment.
No. Certification requires successful completion of the preparation and assessment requirements. Attendance alone does not establish delivery readiness.
No. Your authorization identifies the specific experiences and delivery formats you may lead. Additional experiences require the applicable preparation and approval.
Yes. A FlowStartX facilitator license authorizes you to deliver approved experiences within the FlowStartX system. To use our curriculum with clients you secure independently, you need a separate curriculum license covering that use. Facilitator certification or a facilitator license alone does not grant that permission.
Certified facilitators may be considered for suitable FlowStartX-booked engagements. Assignment availability and selection depend on client needs, qualifications, location, and availability.
Certification fees and any separate licensing, materials, or renewal charges are explained before you commit.
Yes. Organizational curriculum licensing is a separate arrangement. It defines how an organization’s instructors may use approved curriculum, including any preparation requirements and permitted delivery flexibility.
